WHAT ABOUT THE WATER OF THE OLIVES?We say “NO WASTE” – PT. 2! Trying to avoid any waste has always been one of the most
important thing to take care of and during the years we’ve invested much time
trying to make that happen: today we are proud to say that at the end of the production
every single part of the olives is re-used in a totally natural way. Always taking as philosophy “giving back to the land what
the land has given us”, the direct distribution on the agricultural land of the
vegetation waters represents the preferential way to proceed with their re-use.
