BON'OLIO - the new Bonamini formatBon’Olio is coming this Friday, July 12th– the format created by Frantoio
Bonamini to share quiet moments in the green contryside of the Val D’Illasi,
surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, accompanied by a nice glass of wine
and some cicchetti*, made exclusively with local ingredients. *in our dialect is a very small and tasty sandwich, with
different ingredients such as cheese, cured meats, veggies & more Bon’Olio was born to give the fair value to our extra virgin
olive oil following each step of the production process, always in respect of
the territory and the traditions. We flank our products also to raw materials
coming from local and sustainable farm/business, with whom we have the pleasure
of collaborating and supporting.
Coming from the deep bond between story and innovation,
Bon’Olio has the specific aim of sharing memories and flavours of our tradition,
which have always been an integral part of Frantoio Bonamini, with some modern
reinterpretation so as to pass down the joy, the passion and the love today
with the same authenticity of the past. If you are coming to buy olive oil or if you are in the area and you feel like needing a good break it’s now possible to sit at one of our outdoor tables/sofas and just enjoy the relax of the moment -but if your intent is to come here only for Bon'Olio make sure to give us a call first, just to make sure that you don't travel all the way here and find no more spots available.
