TYPES OF GRAPES: Garganega e Chardonnay
WINEMAKING: Roller crushing, short enzymatic maceration and separation of first-pressing juice to encourage extraction of the fragrances and of the high-quality gentle tannins. Static clarification, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation with selected yeasts at around 18-21 °C.
FERMENTATION AND AGEING: in stainless steel tanks.
COLOUR: straw yellow with greenish highlights.
BOUQUET: floral, vinous and typical
FLAVOUR: dry, well-balanced and mellow.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Hors d’oeuvres and pasta disse; shellfish and fish; white or boiled meats; an excellent aperitif with savoury snacks and olives
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10° - 12° C
