Produced with simultaneous pressing of olives and fresh oranges.

Ideal dressing for salads, even in winter with radicchio and vegetables with a bitter aftertaste for example arugula, white meats or to freshen up first and second courses of cooked or raw fish and shellfish. Excellent when used in the making of sauces and marinades and desserts, especially when combined together with dark chocolate.
