From the very beginning Bonamini has been enhancing each step of the olive production, turning something that could seem like a waste into a very valuable resource for the environment. For over ten years, it has implemented an innovative system for the recovery and recycling of by-products from olive processing, with a deep commitment to sustainability.

We care for our territory

Thanks to this new 4.0 olive mill after the extraction of olive oil, every single part left from the olivesi is recycled and reused. For example, the olive pit become a very efficient heating source for the entire building, whereas other by-products like pupl, skin and water are used for biomass production, thus reducing the environmental impact.

This new technology permits to carefully check every single step of the production process, reducing the waste and optimizing the use of the raw materials. The data collected also allows us to improve business processes, ensuring constant excellence and an advanced ecological impact.
