Giancarlo and Sabrina Bonamini, brave millers, passionately lead this mill, which has nearly 60 years of history, enhancing the over 5,200 olive trees spread across 21 hectares, producing around 270,000 bottles of extra virgin olive oil annually, appreciated both in Italy and abroad.
