Since the very beginning Frantoio Bonamini has been valorizing all the steps of the olive oil production, turning what may seems like a waste in a precious enviromental resource. For over ten years, it has implemented an innovative system of rescuing and recycling the by-products from the olive oil production, always with a strong commitment towards the sustainability.

We care about our land

Thanks to this new 4.0 olive mill after the olive oil extraction, each residual part from the olives is recycled and reused. For example, the olive pit becomes an efficient heating source as well as the pulp, the skin and the water are used for the biomass production, thus reducing the environmental impact.
