PanettOlio, born from the collaboration between Frantoio Bonamini and Pasticceria Zerbato in Vago di Lavagno (VR), represents a perfect combination of tradition and innovation. This dessert is handcrafted with particular attention to the sustainability of the production process.

PanettOlio is prepared with natural sourdough, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil, sultanas and natural ingredients of the highest quality, without any use of preservatives or synthetic flavors. In this sweet artisanal delicacy, pastry art and olive oil tradition meet perfectly, giving life to a delicious reinterpretation of the Christmas panettone that aims to satisfy not only the palate but also the search for a healthier diet.
