Valsecca 100% Italian is an olive oil coming from naturally light taste olives including Grignano, Gentile e Leccino. The classic Northen Italy evo oil, with a delicate, harmonious and very well balanced taste.

Cooking advice: to use raw on a daily basis, on boiled and grilled fish, steamed and fresh veggies and all type of meats
