Valsecca is the oil created from naturally delicate olive varieties including Grignano, Gentile and Leccino.
The classic oil appreciated in northern Italy, with a delicate, harmonious and balanced flavor, without overstepping into bitter-spicy.

Variety:: Grignano, Favarol, Frantoio, Leccino and Gentile
Olives production area: in the Verona province and/or in the best areas of olives vocation
Production period: early November
Method of pressing: cold pressing with three-stage continuous system
Acidity: 0.2% max
Colour: golden yellow with nuances tending to green
Taste: medium fruity reminding the original fruit, equilibrate taste
Cooking advice: to use raw on a daily basis, on boiled and grilled fish, steamed and fresh veggies and all type of meats
